During times of crisis, we can let fear drive our actions, or we can chose to look for inspiration and keep a growth-based mindset.
When we let fear control us we become reactionary; we let others decide what we will think, what actions we will take, and how we live our lives.
On the other hand, when we chose to maintain our growth mindset we retain control of our lives and are able to capability on opportunities. Growth-based mindsets allow us to be creative, identifying a problem and building a solution that we can effect.
